The prices shown are effective from the 1st December 2006.
The quoted price includes unlimited passenger insurance and the cost for the driver and car.
Motorway Tolls and parking fees, as well as any credit card surcharges, are charged extra.
With the exception of fixed excursions, billing for time and kilometres start upon the departure of the car from our garage until its return.
T.V.A. is applicable on our services: 5.5%
For all services provided during the hours of lunch and dinner, except one-way transfers, a meal allowance for the driver will be charged at the rate of 15€
Baggage Allowance: Maximum 40 Kilo's per passenger. 1 suitcase and 1 handcase.
Except by prior arrangement, our invoices are payable, upon presentation, in cash. Any complaints or claims must be made within 8 days following the provision of services.
In the event of litigation, the Court of Cannes will have jurisdiction.
